My work is focused on discovering together the inherent goodness within each person. This pure flame of presence, strength and love is often dimmed by lingering trauma. My goal is to assist my clients in strengthening this inner flame and helping them attain a life more fully lived.

EDMR
Eye Movement Desenstization and Preprocessing or EMDR is a powerful psychotherapy technique which has been very successful in helping people who suffer from trauma, anxiety, panic, disturbing memories, post traumatic stress and many other emotional problems. EMDR is considered a breakthrough therapy because of its simplicity and the fact that it can bring quick and lasting relief for most types of emotional distress. As troubling images and feelings are processed by the brain via the eye-movement patterns of EMDR, resolution of the issues and a more peaceful state are achieved.

HYPNOSIS
Hypnotherapy can dramatically help with stress reduction and relaxation, which is both helpful to the body and clarifying to the mind. It can also assist in building confidence, self awareness and self acceptance. In addition, this technique helps with healing difficult habits, additions, fears and phobias, trauma. Performance anxiety, creativity and concentration are also enhanced with hypnotherapy.
